We have been quite busy in our drawing class. Below we practiced drawing from memory as well as drawing from imagination. We drew our bedroom when we were little, our bedroom now, and our bedroom as we imagine it in 10 years.




We also continue to work on drawing what we see. Below are drawings blind contour (no looking at the paper at all) of my feet, followed by a partial contour of a classmate.



It can come to seem quite a luxury to look at the paper. Below are contour drawings of my desk, followed by an arrangement of logs set-up in class.


We have begun to explore different drawing mediums



and tools. The below lines were drawn using an architectural scale and a parallel rule.
